during holiday times must be returned by UPS or you may be asked
to mail the item to the next user.

You are invited to preview materials during regular office hours at
the Media Resource Center or by appointment.
Rewinding
Please rewind all videos prior to returning them to the Media Resource

If any of our materials appear damaged, please contact us immediately.
It is understood that the user assumes full responsibility for the
safe return of all media. The user is also liable for the full replacement
cost of any lost or damaged items.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made one week prior to the shipping date.
We cannot honor cancellations after the programs have been shipped
to you or for inclement weather, “acts of God”, scheduling
errors, or cancellation of programs.
Usage and boundaries
Media items from the Diocese of New Ulm Resource Center are generally
restricted for use within the Diocese of New Ulm boundaries. However,
exceptions may be granted on a case by case basis. Unfortunately
no foreign requests can be fulfilled. Please call (507) 233-5330
for more information.
Media tips
Every Video Cassette Recorder has a tracking control to adjust for
best picture. If you start out with a fuzzy picture, check the tracking
control first before assuming you have a defective video. Please
keep all media out of sunlight and away from heaters. Rewind videos
after usage.
