How to Request Sacramental Records
Each parish maintains its own sacramental records. You may find the contact information for parishes of this diocese by using our Parish Locator.
To request a copy of your sacramental record (or that of your minor child), contact the parish where the sacrament occurred.
If you cannot find the parish using the locator, it is possible the parish is now closed. If you believe the parish of your sacrament is closed, contact the Catholic Pastoral Center (Subject: Archives) dnu@dnu.org; (507) 395-2966 or mail it to:

Sacramental certificates are not issued for the purpose of genealogical research. The person requesting must be an authorized recipient.
How to Request Catholic School Records
Each Catholic school maintains its own records. You may find the contact information for Catholic schools in this diocese by using our School Locator. To request a copy of your school record (or that of your minor child), contact the relevant Catholic school directly.
If you cannot find the Catholic school using the locator, it is possible the school is now closed. If you believe the Catholic school is closed, contact the diocesan Office of Schools.
