Request for Approval for Visiting Clerics (Sacramental) and for Mass Missionary Speakers

When a priest, deacon, or missionary organizational speaker intends to minister or speak in the diocese for a single event or for a period of less than one week, a Testimonial of Suitability will be required before permission is given. The Testimonial letter should be sent directly by the Chancery of the visiting cleric or the appropriate organizational executive to the Diocese of New Ulm, Attn:  Sherry Kalow. We do accept faxed or emailed copies if they are sent directly to us.

Parishes or visiting clerics are requested to download this fill-able cover sheet form, complete it, and email it to skalow@dnu.org

The parish or institution will be copied on the email to the visiting individual informing permission is granted. Without the granted permission, ministry should not be permitted.
