Catholic Charities Clinical Outreach Counselor (part-time)

Job Qualifications: Catholic Charities of the Diocese of New Ulm is seeking a part-time (24-hours/week) Clinical Outreach Counselor. The counselor will manage a caseload of clients, conduct intake, assessments, treatment planning, and therapy (individual, group, and family), and provide educational presentations and workshops. Responsibilities also include offering assessments and support for marriage and re-marriage preparation and responding to requests from Catholic schools and parishes. Travel to outreach offices and schools within the diocese and availability for crisis response are required.

Requirements: • Master’s degree in a related human service field • Appropriate state licensure (LICSW, LMFT, LP, LPCC, etc.) • Strong oral and written communication skills • Valid driver’s license • Compliance with Safe Environment program and Virtus training within 90 days • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and electronic medical records • Familiarity with Spanish and Latino cultures is a plus

Location: New Ulm, MN

Additional Information: Spirit of Life AFC is a cluster of Catholic parishes in western Minnesota consisting of St. Michael’s Church (Madison), St. John’s Church (Ortonville), and Holy Rosary Church (Graceville).

Job Duties: The purpose of this position is to develop, manage, and oversee the Faith Formation Program and Sacramental Preparations for the Spirit of Life Area Catholic Community. This individual will lead youth closer to Christ and His Church through comprehensive Faith Formation and Youth Ministry programs.

Job Qualifications: St. Isidore the Farmer Area Faith Community, a cluster of Catholic parishes in Swift county consisting of St. Francis Church – Benson, Sacred Heart Church – Murdock, and St. John’s Church – Appleton, seeks a Part-time Financial Administrator. The candidate should be dedicated and experienced to manage all of the Financial Administrative responsibilities for the AFC. This position requires a solid understanding of accounting procedures for a nonprofit organization. This position also includes some HR functions as well as Payroll and Safe Environment responsibilities.
This is a 25hr/week position with applicable benefits. Necessary training would be provided
