Totus Tuus Host Parish Terms & Conditions

1.    Unless a replacement parish is found, the parish/AFC will host Totus Tuus on the dates agreed upon.

2.    The Parish Contact will read the Totus Tuus Parish Handbook (available after registration).

3.    The parish/AFC will not alter the Totus Tuus program in any way without the approval of the Director of Youth & Young Adult Ministry.

4.    The parish/AFC will provide all of the (agreed upon) meals for the missionaries.

5. The parish/AFC will provide proper housing for male and female missionaries, as per the Parish Handbook.

6.    The Parish Contact will report any missionary-related issues to the Director of Youth & Young Adult Ministry in a timely manner.

7.    The parish/AFC will follow the Totus Tuus program and will allow the missionaries the freedom to run the program as they were trained to do.

8.    The Parish Contact (or some other capable adult) will be onsite for the entirety of the program.

9.    The Parish Contact will be patient and understanding when interacting with the missionaries (remember, they’re college students embarking on a challenging summer of missionary work).

10. If the parish/AFC does not honor the above terms and conditions, the Diocese may cancel the program at any time. The parish/AFC will still be required to house and feed the missionaries, as well as pay the full fee.
